A new EVP to support business transformation

As the travel sector started showing more positive signs after COVID and the internal re-build underway, TQ were engaged to develop an EVP that paid tribute to the past but would help the company move forward.

TQ Scope

Stakeholders of all levels were engaged, including the CEO to understand both the aspirations and the current lived reality of the career experience. We struck a balance of leveraging existing data (such as engagement survey results) along with fresh insights gained from competitor analysis and details HCD sessions to gather compelling insights.

Outcomes

Delivery included a new EVP essence and tagline, Talent Marketing Toolkit, communications guide, refreshed people images (photoshoot) and a creative brief for the new careers website.
