In 2008 Gareth identified a gap in the market to provide a unique flex model for talent advisory and people solutions. With over 25+ years of experience, he now leads TQ's overall Strategic Consulting business. As one of Australia's leading industry profiles, he's a regular speaker and thought leader on topics that are shaping workforce and talent issues around the world. Gareth is passionate about emerging technology, pushing boundaries and agitating on topics that will shape the talent space.

Nadine O'Regan

General Manager – People Solutions & Organisational Excellence

Nadine leads TQ's People Solutions business and is a powerhouse in talent acquisition transformation. She's a passionate advocate for the industry, regularly sharing her perspective on how HR functions and talent leaders can navigate the tight talent market employers are in right now, develop leadership influence, and embed a talent mindset by taking a ‘top-down’ approach. Nadine is seen as a thought leader around topics that are shaping the TA industry.

Will Innes

General Manager – Brand & Experience

Will leads TQ's Employer Brand & Experience practice. A well-rounded Employer Brand professional, Will has experience in everything from recruitment marketing to employer branding, purpose and values, internal and change comms to candidate experience and transformation. His 20+ years experience across the UK, Europe, US, Asia and Australia allows him to draw upon strategies that deliver tangible outcomes. He's passionate about partnering with organisations to re-think how they attract, hire and inspire the best possible talent.

Leigh Banach

Principal Consultant

Having worked in markets across London, Europe & APAC with leading talent consulting firms, Leigh is an experienced hand in talent acquisition. As one's of TQ's earliest employees, she is currently responsible for squad and on-demand delivery. She oversees our Talent Research and Talent Intelligence projects, as well as TQ’s 'Sourcing as a Service' offering. So, there's not much she can't do!

Emma Gibbons

Principal Consultant

Emma helps to translate business intent into talent strategies, executed through technology, culture and people. Her approach to transformation is through both a design thinking and user experience lens. With an (ongoing) academic and research-led journey, Emma strongly believes in ethical AI practices, staying on the bleeding edge of tech innovation and using validated people science.

Ana Adams

Principal Consultant

Ana is one of our most experienced HR consultants overseeing and leading all HR services for TQ’s clients. She consults on significant HR change, along with project management, employee engagement, industrial relations and leadership programmes. Ana is a change champion and passionate advocate for neurodiversity within organisations.

Gill Flynn

Principal Consultant

Gill leads TQ data, insight and surveys practice, with deep experience in many facets of talent acquisition and research across Australia. Gill has led consulting projects across the talent lifecycle and is also an onboarding workflow design expert. She is a passionate (and self-confessed) data nerd and a big believer in telling stories through data.

Sara Payne

Principal Consultant

Having covered European, North American and Australian markets in-house at leading organisations, Sara has deep expertise for designing and transforming graduate and early talent programmes and strategy. Sara is also a certified SmartRecruiters implementation consultant.

Kara McLeod

Principal Consultant

Kara worked in brand and advertising agencies across the UK, Eastern Europe and Asia-Pacific, before embracing all-things Employer Brand and spending 10+ years as an Employer Brand Lead for both Allianz and EY. She has built teams, designed and launched EVPs and rolled out award-winning campaigns. Kara helps guide employer brands out of their comfort zone to innovate and transform.

Sarah Fennessy

Principal Consultant

Sarah's specialisations include HR tech project management, process mapping, systems configuration and optimisation across PageUp, SmartRecruiters, Cornerstone and various ATS and CRM platforms. She is an accredited SmartRecruiters implementation consultant and Phenom power user. She keeps it simple and focuses on what matters.

Jackie Bozinovski

Senior Consultant

Jackie is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with over 20 years experience.  She has worked for major international and national organisations.  She has extensive permanent and contract recruitment experience within the IT, Telecommunication, Banking & Finance, Insurance and Government industry sectors. Her stakeholder management, communication and technical consulting skills are exemplary and are what our clients enjoy in their engagement with her.

Ruby Khan

Senior Consultant

Ruby's Employer Brand experience was gained through 10 years’ in-house with Rio Tinto, delivering a plethora of candidate attraction and experience strategies. Specialisations at TQ include candidate journey planning, careers websites, EVP design and implementation, social media, graduate campaigns, analytics and reporting. She loves 'out of the box' thinking.

Sharon Stephens

Senior Consultant

Sharon’s career in HR/Recruitment began in 2000, encompassing a range of Recruitment roles. She has excellent account management skills and natural strengths in communication/ interpersonal relationships. Perceptive and discerning in evaluating candidates, Sharon prides herself on outstanding candidate management and strong organisational skills. She quickly integrates with business, leadership and HR teams and delivers strategies with impact.

Ainsley Bainger

Principal Consultant

Ainsley delivers TQ's recruitment and hiring leader uplift programmes across Australia. She has supported many of our outsource solutions and now works in strategic consulting. She has extensive onboarding advisory experience, and is most excited about delivering change through bespoke training programmes that build confidence and capabilities.
