An EVP built to support a company rebrand

When SCA Property Group rebranded to Region Group, they wanted an EVP to support their growing ambitions, strong purpose and vision.

Core stakeholder were engaged, including the CEO to understand the current employee experience and future aspirations for the company. Fresh insights were gathered across a series of focus groups to unpack the current lived experience and gather real proof points and insights.

Outcomes

We built an EVP strategy that framed the ‘give’ and ‘get’ exchange. As the business was more focussed on retention and hiring the right calibre people – a series of internal documents were produced including; a messaging guide, people leader toolkit, EVP storytelling guide and a series of blogs and quote cards.
