Beyond the tech: How a people-first approach leads to inspiring change

‘When one lifts, we all lift’ was a driving motto that shaped IAG’s Phenom implementation from day one and underpinned their robust change management approach to excite, inspire and educate their TA team and Hiring Leaders which is why TQ were there from kick-off to go live.

TQ Scope

Positioned to soundboard, review, challenge and guide, TQ helped to shape several facets of the implementation. From running a full-day TA offsite to win the hearts and minds of the team, to facilitating workshops and guiding the careers site architecture and build, to designing and creating TA and Hiring Leaders guides and videos that would be instrumental in educating and embedding the tool.

Outcomes

TQ partnered closely with the team to ensure the ‘skills-based hiring’ vision and level of localisation needed across various touchpoints, tools and content was successfully achieved. The TA team were inspired to think smarter, Hiring Leaders were left feeling confident and both were excited to shape an exceptional IAG experience for candidates.
