Wanting to lean into robust data collected recently, and avoid an extensive, drawn-out research phase, AusNet wanted to review, validate and streamline their EVP to get everyone on the same page and ensure it felt more like where they were going, who they know were and told the story of what made them different.
TQ Scope
Taking existing research and recent engagement survey data provided the initial goal posts to workshop with the P&C team. With a clear sense of the what, focus groups across the business were conducted to delve into the why.
Outcomes
Mapping insights into the 5D model to deliver a clear narrative, give and get pillars provided a streamlined, consistent framework to engage leadership and stakeholders. We used the new brand guidelines to freshen up the look and feel and align the positioning line; then consolidated all elements of the EVP, copy and assets into a toolkit for TA and Hiring Managers.
